Nashville Linux Users Group

The purpose of the Nashville Linux Users Group (NLUG) is the promotion of, and contribution to, the computer operating system commonly known as [WWW]Linux, both within the organisation and to the persons of the city of Nashville and its environs.

A [WWW]Linux User Group is a private, generally non-profit or not-for-profit organization that provides support and/or education for Linux users. The term commonly refers to local groups that meet in person, but is also used to refer to online support groups that may have members spread over a very wide area and which do not organise, or which are not based around, physical meetings.

Upcoming Meeting Details

Each month, we ask someone to present the ways they use Linux and Free Software in their life, often in particular to their career. We are scheduling upcoming speakers, so contact us if you are interested. On occasions when a presenter is not at hand, we will have a round table discussion. Members are encouraged to Recommend a Future Presenter, which may include yourself if you like, for unscheduled meetings.
