Nashville Linux Users Group Meeting Information

NLUG now meets in the [WWW]MRB-III Class Room, on the Vanderbilt University Campus (Wireless SSID is "vummiv" and there is no password.). For those that may be using a GPS-enabled phone, the coordinates are lat=36.14421, lon=-86.79914. The meeting is at 6:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month*. Parking is available in the at the Nursing School Parking Lot or along the empty parking lots along Edgehill and some side streets*. Parking is also available (free during evening hours only) in the East Garage, at the corner of 21st Avenue South and Medical Center Drive, one block south of the meeting room. Immediately after the meeting, some members join for the Steering Committee Meeting, at a near-by restaurant. Everyone is invited to attend.

Upcoming Meeting Details

Each month, we ask someone to present the ways they use Linux and Free Software in their life, often in particular to their career. We are scheduling upcoming speakers, so contact us if you are interested. On occasions when a presenter is not at hand, we will have a roundtable discussion. Members are encouraged to Recommend a Future Presenter, which may include yourself if you like, for unscheduled meetings.
