Nashville Linux Users Group Meeting Information

NLUG meets in the [WWW]Medical Center North Conference Room D2221, on the Vanderbilt University Campus (Wireless SSID is "vummiv" and there is no password.) . The meeting is at 6:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month*. Parking is available in the [WWW]East Garage. Reference these Directions when planning your first visit.

Immediately after the meeting, some members join for the Steering Committee Meeting, at a near-by restaurant. Everyone is invited to attend.

Upcoming Meeting Details

Each month, we ask someone to present the ways they use Linux and Free Software in their life, often in particular to their career. We are scheduling upcoming speakers, so contact us if you are interested. On occasions when a presenter is not at hand, we will have a roundtable discussion. Members are encouraged to Recommend a Future Presenter, which may include yourself if you like, for unscheduled meetings.

Join "nlug-talk" to receive messages from our members in your email in-box. Archives of the mailing list, messages posted prior to 2007, [WWW]are available at this URL.

NLUG chats in [WWW]IRC.FREENODE.NET channel #nlug. We discuss our ongoing group projects and find support from our fellow members. Connect using [WWW]Xchat, [WWW]Konversation, [WWW]irssi, [WWW]pidgin, or any other IRC client program in Linux or this [WWW]web interface.
